We are continuing to strategically expand our Phoenix office and are seeking a highly experienced, self-driven Senior Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) to play a key role in strengthening and scaling our presence in the Arizona market. This role will focus on managing high-value plaintiff-side personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase, with a strong emphasis on case strategy, client advocacy, and early resolution.

This role will focus on managing high-value plaintiff-side personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase, with a strong emphasis on case strategy, client advocacy, and early resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase, from intake through demand and resolution
- Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis, damages evaluation, and treatment oversight
- Draft and present comprehensive demand packages to insurance carriers
- Negotiate settlements directly with adjusters to maximize case value
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a high level of service and trust throughout the lifecycle of the case
- Collaborate with case managers, lien negotiators, and support staff to drive case progression and outcomes
- Evaluate cases for litigation readiness and partner with litigation attorneys when escalation is required
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- 6-10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, with a strong focus on pre-litigation
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume pre-lit caseload
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable settlements
- Deep understanding of liability, damages, and insurance practices
- Excellent client management and communication skills
