We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to support our Las Vegas office. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, particularly in managing and coordinating outbound mail across multiple offices. Key Responsibilities
- Process outbound mail for all offices, including letters, packages, and certified mail
- Scan letters and documents before mailing to ensure accurate archiving
- Prepare envelopes, affix postage, and use the Pitney Bowes machine for mailing
- Upload scanned documents into Filevine (our case management system) and update associated case matters
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency to ensure all outgoing items are sent on time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of mail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Filevine or other case management software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
