Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify and recruit experienced, high-performing loan officers who are already excelling in the broker world.
• Onboarding & Integration: Guide new recruits through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed at West Capital Lending.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brokers and industry professionals, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Brand Advocacy: Be the face of West Capital Lending, promoting our values, culture, and benefits to prospective loan officers and brokers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals and growth initiatives.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment efforts, monitor the success of new hires, and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or real estate sectors.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage brokerage world, including key players, processes, and terminology.
• Ability to connect with and attract top-tier loan officers who thrive in a competitive, independent environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and engage high-level professionals.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• A network of industry contacts and experience in recruiting top mortgage professionals is a plus.
