Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls professionally, address customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for resolving issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and communicating effectively with customers to provide exceptional service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy with the ability to operate relevant software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a benefit
