We are a top-producing mortgage team closing over $100M annually, and we are expanding rapidly. This is a high-impact role for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and excited to build a modern marketing engine from the ground up.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all social media platforms;
Maintain a consistent content calendar & brand voice
Manage email newsletters & design branded templates
Content & CRM Management
Build and maintain CRM marketing journeys/automation's
Create buyer, agent, and past-client drip campaigns
Manage Google Business Profile, gather reviews, and showcase testimonials
Oversee database segmentation and clean-up
Coordinate mass communication for events, updates, and new initiatives
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and recruit new Realtor partners
Schedule and confirm partner meetings
Plan and host monthly classes:
Market update webinars
Assist with co-marketing opportunities and joint social content
Support referral relationships with consistent follow-up
Events & Community Engagement
Plan quarterly client appreciation and agent events
QUALIFICATIONS
Required 2 years in marketing, real estate, mortgage, or related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends
Experience with CRM/marketing software (Total Expert, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated
Preferred Real estate or mortgage industry experience
Event planning background

Pay: $66,591.38 - $80,196.08 per year
