Job Summary:
IPH is seeking a Recruiter who will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be an effective brand ambassador and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
The Recruiter will play a critical role in executing day-to-day recruitment efforts across multiple teams within the organization. This role is responsible for building and executing targeted sourcing strategies, identifying and attracting top talent, and guiding candidates through the full recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, the Recruiter will serve as a trusted partner in filling key roles efficiently and effectively.
This role is focused on candidate outreach, pipeline development, and delivering a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will use a combination of direct sourcing, networking, and creative strategies to identify high-quality candidates and support the company’s growth goals.
Job Location: Local to the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Hybrid work arrangement, 1-2 days every two weeks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on the requisition intake process to ensure alignment on requirements and recruitment strategy.
- Lead full recruiting life cycle by managing the funnel of candidates, the relationship with hiring managers, and the process from the assignment of requisition through hire.
- Identify creative and strategic ways to source great people for positions at all levels.
- Foster lasting relationships with candidates by ensuring candidates and hiring teams receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process.
- Share best practice interview techniques with managers.
- Build an effective diverse qualified candidate pipelines in advance of need.
- Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across the organization.
- Drive the implementation of a consistent recruiting process across the organization by training, coaching, and influencing hiring managers.
- Proactively share Talent Acquisition updates with internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.
- Be an advocate for continuous process improvement in our talent acquisition processes with the candidate experience always top of mind.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource information and records Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Systems.
- Be a culture carrier by living and modeling the organization’s values to potential candidates, vendors, and other contacts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one- year college).
- 4 years of recruiting experience to include recruiting of accounts, finance, marketing, and sales professionals.
- 1 year experience with Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close candidates.
- Sense of urgency, flexible, and forward thinking.
- Proficient in using various recruitment platforms including Linked In, Indeed and Glassdoor.
- High level of integrity and ethics to ensure high level of confidentiality.
