Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the architecture and engineering team within Capital Markets Technology.
- This team owns the “Nexus” application which is the primary CRM and data aggregator for the downstream system of record.
- This individual will be as a hybrid between a Business Analyst and an Analytics Consultant to assist with reporting, engineering, and analytics duties that contribute to the satisfaction of regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Experience in Capital Markets with heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs.
- Strong understanding of risk concepts
- Data Analysis and governance – Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate
- Business Analyst Skills – Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories
- Experience working with Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies – (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM).
- Experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)
- Tableau and/or Dremio experience.
- Python - prototyping analysis/development skills
- Expert in SQL - Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter with ability to receive feedback and be open to training.
