Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Responsibilities:
- As a change is delivered in systems, this team collects change details, prepares training materials for operations teams, and educates on the changes to the system.
- Work closely with the product teams and SME's to create FAQ's and record the trainings
- This team is a repository for those changes and training materials
- Trainings can be introductory or as a reminder of previous changes
- Will create materials and conduct trainings for a product management organization
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create decks.
- Experience with Adobe products
- Past experience working with technology teams
- Financial Services background (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Learning and Development certifications (preferred)
