Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
Responsibilities:
Technical business analysis, participating in agile software development, writing user stories in Jira, working with development teams through sprints in delivering software to production, troubleshooting production issues & investigating queries from clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- 4 years of experience in technical business analysis
- Experience participating in agile software development
- Experience writing user stories in Jira
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and investing queries from clients
