Part-Time | Thursday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional availability required to cover as needed
Pay: $16.50 – $17.50/hour

Position Summary
Well-Spring is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative and communication needs across the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Coordinate resident transportation requests and communicate with transportation staff
• Receive, log, and distribute deliveries; notify residents/departments for pickup
• Distribute memos and flyers to resident mailboxes
• Provide information on community events and activities
• Monitor activity sign-up sheets and report to the Activities department
• Oversee daily courtesy check-in system
• Monitor video surveillance equipment
• Issue access cards to residents and team members
• Assist with guest suite reservations and check-in coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact courteously and patiently with older adults
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
