Receptionist - Part Time Evenings

We are currently seeking a qualified Part-Time facility Receptionist to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance. 

Typical Work Schedule is: Monday - Thursday 4p-8pm (16 hours per week)

Role Responsibilities

Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor. 

Duties include:

• Managing a multi-line phone system, taking messages and directing calls.
• Maintaining a clean organized and secure front desk area.
• Receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures (HIPAA).
• Greeting visitors, residents, staff, and sales representatives
• Administrative tasks; such as data entry, scanning, filing, accepting deliveries and sorting mail, and transportation scheduling.

Requirements

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from and accredited school/college
