We have partnered with a global law firm in a search for a Senior Counsel to join their Trial and Defense practice group in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on the defense of a variety of civil litigation matters including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, construction, automotive accidents, and property damage claims.
- Provide mentorship to junior associates.
- Conduct interviews of client and witnesses.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Florida.
- 7-10 years of litigation experience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent annual and monthly bonus structure and flexible hybrid work schedule offered.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
