Miami office of national law firm adding litigation paralegal to their busy practice group. This position will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Candidates MUST have experience on the DEFENSE side. Responsibilities will include organizing and electronically filing pleadings. Candidates must have applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills along with attention to detail.
