Our client, a top, nationally renowned plaintiff's litigation law firm with offices in New York City seek an associate attorney with 2 to 8 years of civil litigation experience to join the firm's toxic tort, asbestos and water contamination practice area.
Position involves motion practice, drafting, discovery, court appearances, depositions.
Excellent opportunity to work on interesting, timely and newsworthy litigation.
Will consider candidates with plaintiff's PI, mass tort, asbestos, litigation experience; also will look at "Big Law" attorneys with litigation experience looking to segue over to plaintiff's Bar.
Admission in NY required, NJ a huge plus
