Atlanta office of national law firm adding a Legal Nurse Consultant to provide critical analysis and render informed opinions to assist attorneys with the evaluation of case facts and medical records. Responsibilities include: Review and summarize medical records; Identify deviations from acceptable standards of care; Prepare reports and case summaries; Assist in determining liability; Locate and evaluate expert witnesses; and Prepare attorneys for depositions and trials. Must have RN license and 10 years of clinical nursing experience. Law firm or independent LNC experience is a , but not required. This position is hybrid in Atlanta, GA with 1-2 days WFH after 90 days. This firm offers an excellent benefit package including free parking.
