What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position at Wegman Partners?
National law firm adding Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to their Atlanta office. This position will work with the southeast real estate practice group which includes offices in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. Some responsibilities include: review and analyze title insurance commitments, pro formas, endorsements, and final policies; examine title exceptions, easements, covenants, restrictions, liens, encroachments, and other matters affecting title; prepare detailed title summaries, title objection letters, and clearance memoranda; coordinate with title companies to resolve title defects and obtain required endorsements; and review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys and related documents. Candidates must have strong title and survey experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. This firm offers 1 day WFH and a collegial atmosphere.
