Role Description
This is a in home, contract role for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and provide tailored therapy services for individuals with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with clients, families, and support teams to achieve therapy goals.
You will also have the ability if you choose to supervise SLPAs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech-related treatment modalities
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Experience managing and addressing Dysphagia
- Ability to develop customized treatment plans and monitor therapeutic progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, caregivers, and team members
- Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
- Experience working remotely and independently with excellent time management skills
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations is a plus
