The Opportunity
Wee Care is seeking a part-time, onsite Care Coordinator Support Specialist in Goodyear, AZ to keep care coordination documentation complete, current, and audit-ready. This entry-level position supports Care Coordinators by strengthening follow-through on records so member-focused coordination stays on track.
Key responsibilities:
- Request, track, and persistently follow up on missing documents until received
- Upload, label, and organize files; maintain trackers and status logs
- Enter timely system updates and run quality checks for accuracy and completeness
Required qualifications/skills:
- Direct Care experience (required)
- Dependable, highly detail-oriented, and deadline-aware
- Accurate data entry, strong organization, and professional follow-up communication
- Administrative support/healthcare documentation/scheduling/compliance tracking/records management (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Pay is $18–$21/hour, 28 hours/week, Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling between 8:00am–5:30pm. Apply today to be considered.
A Typical Shift
You’ll begin by reviewing what arrived since the prior day and sorting open items by due date so the most time-sensitive files move first. As the day progresses, you’ll connect briefly with Care Coordinators to confirm outcomes from visits or planning meetings and ensure the record reflects the latest notes and goals. In the afternoon, you’ll reconcile your trackers against what’s on hand, identify any gaps that still need clarification, and stage files so they’re easy to verify during quality reviews. Before wrapping up, you’ll update statuses and set the next follow-up touchpoints to keep documentation moving without delays.
