We Clean and iClean are growing commercial cleaning and pressure washing companies serving South Florida. We provide pressure washing, commercial cleaning, and maintenance services to retail centers, office buildings, HOAs, industrial properties, and more. We are looking for a driven sales professional to help us expand our commercial client base across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
The RoleYou will be responsible for generating new commercial accounts through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing contracts for recurring cleaning and pressure wash services. This is a hunter role – you will build the pipeline from scratch and own the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities• Prospect and close new commercial accounts (property management companies, retail centers, HOAs, restaurants, office buildings, industrial properties)
• Conduct 20–30 outreach activities per week (calls, emails, in-person visits, LinkedIn)
• Deliver on-site assessments and prepare professional proposals with scope, frequency, and pricing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of 3x your monthly revenue target
• Attend local networking events (BOMA, ICSC, Chamber of Commerce) to generate leads
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Track all activity and pipeline in CRM (or spreadsheet until CRM is implemented)
• Upsell additional services to existing accounts (pressure wash, handyman, porter, etc.)
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements• 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (facility services, janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, pest control, or similar preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or commercial real estate professionals
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills – hunter mentality
• Professional presentation and communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout South Florida
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits• Base salary: $40,000 – $55,000/year (depending on experience)
• Commission: 10–15% on first-year contract value of closed deals
• Residual commission: 3–5% on renewals for accounts you brought in
• Draw against commission available for first 90 days to support pipeline building
• OTE (On-Target Earnings): $75,000 – $100,000 in Year 1
• Mileage reimbursement for client visits
• Growth opportunity: potential to lead a sales team as the company scales
