TWQ Landscaping is a fast-growing commercial landscaping, irrigation, and tree care company serving HOAs, property managers, and commercial properties across South Florida. We're expanding our Broward County client base and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to own that growth. You'll have a short decision chain, direct access to the owners, and the ability to move fast.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new maintenance contracts, installation projects, and tree service agreements across Broward County. Your target clients: property management companies, HOA and condo associations, commercial property owners, and asset managers.
Our maintenance contracts range from $25K to $150K per year. A strong first year means landing 10–15 new maintenance accounts — the kind of volume an organized, persistent rep with the right relationships can realistically hit in this market.
Annual targets: $1M in new recurring maintenance revenue or $2.5M in installation revenue.
What You'll Do
- Build and work a pipeline of target accounts through cold outreach, property visits, referrals, and industry networking
- Conduct site walks with our operations team to scope properties accurately
- Prepare and present proposals
- Negotiate and close contracts, then hand off new accounts cleanly to operations
- Maintain pipeline activity and reporting weekly in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of B2B outside sales experience in commercial services (landscaping, facilities, or adjacent field preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and building relationships over time
- Self-directed — you manage your own calendar and activity
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
Compensation & Support
- $62K–$70K guaranteed base salary
- Commission on gross profit for all new accounts you source — uncapped
- Year 1 total comp: $80K–$120K for a rep hitting plan. Year 2 total comp: $100K-$150K.
