In this role, you will be responsible for performing professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. - Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on a variety of surfaces including concrete, pavers, building exteriors, roofs, and parking lots
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment properly and safely
- Apply cleaning agents and chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
- Inspect work areas before and after service to ensure quality results
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors on job sites
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Complete job documentation and report any issues to management
- Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- $20.00 per hour | Full-Time | W-2 Employment
- Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40/week
