We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pressure Washing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and consistently delivers high-quality results. This is a hands-on field position requiring physical stamina and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on a variety of surfaces including concrete, pavers, building exteriors, roofs, and parking lots
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment properly and safely
- Apply cleaning agents and chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
- Inspect work areas before and after service to ensure quality results
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors on job sites
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Complete job documentation and report any issues to management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour | Full-Time | W-2 Employment
- Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40/week
