- Supports the implementation of a federally funded OSHA program by assisting the Program Administrator and Program Trainer with day-to-day coordination and administrative operations.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and data for program activities and reporting.
- Assist with preparing and submitting required reports under federal guidelines.
- Support compliance with OSHA requirements, timelines, and grant expectations.
- Serve as a liaison for facility reservations, rental arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Provide administrative support for training activities, including communication with participants and instructors.
- Help manage calendars, track deliverables, and support overall program operations.
- Assist with the marketing of the courses throughout the 6 state region.
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration, program support, or project support.
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Problem solving skills.
- University or industry experience with program management and/or direct support experience for similar programs and/or grant implementation.
- One year experience in a Continuing Education unit or closely related University environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with an aptitude for developing and building good inter-personal relations.
