Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a caring and reliable CNA Medication Aide for our weekend overnight shift, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

CNA Medication Aide Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications according to physician orders and facility guidelines.

• Document medication administration accurately and timely.

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.

• Monitor residents for changes in physical and emotional well-being.

• Communicate resident concerns and condition changes to licensed nursing staff.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification.

• Medication Aide certification preferred or required by state regulations.

• Prior long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Excellent resident care and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently on overnight shifts.
