CNA Medication Aide Responsibilities

• Administer medications as assigned according to physician orders and facility policies.

• Accurately document medication administration and resident responses.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and resident safety.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Follow infection control procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Full-Time

• Monday – Friday

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification.

• Medication Aide certification preferred or required according to state regulations.
