RN Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care according to physician orders.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Complete accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

• 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or post-acute experience preferred.

• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
