RN Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care according to physician orders.
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Complete accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

RN Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license.
Current CPR certification.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or post-acute experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
