PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Commercial General Contractor – Greater Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $150,000–180,000 Benefits Bonus
My client, a respected and growing commercial general contractor just outside Philadelphia, is looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead multiple projects and drive operational excellence across their portfolio.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position overseeing large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will guide project teams, maintain key client relationships, ensure financial performance, and support company-wide growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
• Lead multiple commercial projects from planning to completion
• Oversee project managers, superintendents and support teams
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional project delivery
• Review budgets, schedules, contracts and risk management plans
• Support preconstruction, estimating and business development efforts
• Drive quality, safety, and operational standards across all projects
What We’re Looking For
• Strong commercial general contracting background
• Proven experience delivering ground-up and renovation projects
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff and manage client expectations
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, contracts and project strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
