Our client, a growing and well-established specialty subcontractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Director of Construction to lead operations and help drive the next phase of the company's growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee multiple commercial and federal construction projects.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Drive project delivery, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules.
• Work closely with executive leadership on company strategy and growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Improve operational processes and help expand the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Director of Construction, Operations Manager, Construction Executive, or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong background delivering commercial construction projects.
• Extensive federal construction experience is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
