We’re hiring a full-time Data Entry Clerk in Montgomery, AL to help maintain accurate business records, update internal systems, and keep information organized across the office. You’ll support the wider team by entering data, checking documents, updating records, and making sure information is available when it’s needed.

A Typical Day
- Enter information from forms, documents, and business records into internal systems
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and digital records
- Review information for missing details, errors, or inconsistencies
- Maintain organized electronic files and supporting documentation
- Update contact lists and other records used for internal communications
- Process routine forms, correspondence, and administrative paperwork
- Check records before submitting or sharing information with colleagues
- Retrieve information and documents when requested by authorized team members
- Follow up on missing or incorrect details to keep records accurate
- Handle confidential business information professionally
- Support the wider administrative team with routine office tasks
Who We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and standard office software
- Able to enter information accurately and consistently

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
