A well-established insurance defense firm with a strong presence in Texas is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney (2–5 years) to join its busy litigation team.

The Role

You will handle workers’ compensation defense matters, including:

• Managing claims from inception through resolution

• Handling BRCs, CCHs, and administrative proceedings

• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal strategy

• Advising clients on exposure and case direction

• Supporting broader litigation work where applicable

You will join a fast-paced team with a steady pipeline of cases, offering immediate hands-on responsibility.

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
