I am currently working with a Mid-Size firm in New York who are actively seeking multiple Attorneys as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here is the headlines:

The Role 💼
- Handle Complex Labor Law Matters: Take point on complex Labor Law matters (§§ 200, 240(1), 241(6)) whilst leading strategy discussions, trial preparation and Associate mentorship
- Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
The Package 💰
- Base Salary up to $180K Base
- Performance Related Bonus
