The Role

You will handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including:

• General liability and complex tort litigation

• Catastrophic injury cases (auto, trucking, premises)

• Coverage and construction-related matters

• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal strategy

• Depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

You will work closely with experienced partners, gaining hands-on exposure to high-value litigation.
