🔥 What you’ll actually be doing
- Leading commercial leasing transactions (core focus)
- Handling acquisitions & dispositions
- Supporting financing structures and deal execution

🧠 Ideal profile
- 3–6 years’ commercial real estate experience
- Real leasing exposure with increasing ownership
- Comfortable managing deals with limited oversight
- Confident in a client-facing environment
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (required)
💰 Comp & structure
- Base up to $175K (DOE)
- Bonus up to 45% of base (
- Hybrid – 3 days in office (Fridays typically remote)
