I am currently working with a Mid-Size firm in Massachusetts, who are actively seeking to hire a Real Estate Associate; as they look to increase headcount in their Boston Office and continue their recent growth. Here are the headlines:

Responsibilities 💼

• Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions - Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents - Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real estate contracts with precision and attention to client objectives.
• Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings - Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions.
• Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management - Stay current on Massachusetts and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal.
