I am currently working with a Mid-Size Full-Service firm who is actively seeking to hire a Medical Malpractice Attorney; as they look to increase headcount for their Connecticut team and continue their recent growth. Here are the headlines:

💼 Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Medical Malpractice Matters – Manage a broad portfolio of sophisticated medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters involving hospitals, physicians, healthcare systems, and catastrophic injury claims.
• Develop Case Strategy & Drive Outcomes – Formulate and execute litigation strategies across all phases of disputes, including pleadings, discovery, expert coordination, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
• Courtroom Advocacy & Dispute Resolution – Lead appearances in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
• Client Advisory & Relationship Management – Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, insurers, and medical professionals, offering clear guidance on liability exposure, risk management, and litigation strategy while fostering long-term client relationships.

💰 Package

• Up to $240K Base
• Performance Based Bonus – Up to 45%!
