Base Salary: $350,000
Practice: Fund Formation & Investment Management – Structuring, launching, and advising on venture capital, private equity, and private credit funds; LP/GP agreements, PPMs, subscription docs, regulatory compliance (SEC/Blue Sky), side letters, carry/waterfall provisions, and ongoing fund operations for emerging managers, established funds, investors, and high-growth clients

- JD from an accredited law school and active New York State Bar admission (Delaware or additional jurisdictions a plus).

- Expertise in drafting fund docs (PPMs, LP agreements, side letters), regulatory filings, due diligence, and advising on complex financing and governance matters.
