Base Salary: Up to $220k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development deals, and related transactional work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional documents.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties.
- Advise clients on structuring, risk allocation, and compliance matters.
- Manage deal timelines and collaborate closely with partners on sophisticated transactions.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NJ bar.
- 3–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
