A dynamic, well-respected law firm with a strong client base is seeking a Real Estate & Business Transactions Attorney to join its expanding team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and financing
• Land use and zoning knowledge, including permitting and development matters is a plus
• Business transaction experience (M&A, entity formation, contracts) is a strong plus
• Strong client service skills and a team-oriented mindset
