Director of Survey – Connecticut

Lead and grow a well-established Survey Department with a respected civil engineering firm in Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed survey professional ready to oversee operations, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive business development while working on a diverse mix of land development, municipal, transportation, and commercial projects.

Requirements:

• Connecticut PLS license required
• 10 years of land surveying experience
• Leadership and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey software
• Excellent communication and client management skills
  
  

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor the survey team
• Manage multiple survey projects from proposal through delivery
• Ensure quality control and project profitability
• Support business development and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with engineering and field staff
