What You'll Be Doing
• Manage insurance defense matters through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Develop litigation strategy while working directly with clients and partners
Core Requirements
• 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• DC Bar admission
• Strong writing, deposition, and motion practice skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
