Key Duties:
- Handle real estate and real property litigation, including quiet title, easements, encroachments, and landlord-tenant disputes
- Manage construction-related claims, brokerage fee disputes, and breach of sales contract matters
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and strategic motion practice in Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia courts
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
- Advise clients on practical, cost-effective resolution strategies
Requirements:
- JD and active Maryland bar (D.C. or Virginia a plus)
- 3–10 years of strong real estate litigation or complex commercial litigation experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
