The Role:
You will handle a range of defense-side commercial litigation matters, including:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
- Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing written discovery and document-heavy disputes
- Working directly with clients, opposing counsel and internal litigation teams
- Supporting trial preparation, hearings, mediations and complex case strategy
Compensation
- Up to $275,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.

Must-Haves
- Active Washington Bar admission
- 2 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, business litigation or defense-side litigation background
- Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
- Strong academics preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Defense-side mindset and interest in sophisticated commercial disputes
