Telecom Project Coordinator

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our strategic partner. In this role, you will be the operational hub for mission-critical regional fiber builds. You will provide the data alignment and financial tracking required to keep construction moving, ensuring that field teams and stakeholders can execute with confidence.

Key Impact Areas 

• Drive Project Visibility: Track critical construction deliverables and deployment progress using Excel reporting to provide stakeholders with real-time data alignment. 
• Control Financial Workflows: Manage and process subcontractor invoices to ensure strict financial accuracy and seamless vendor operations. 
• Ensure Seamless Execution: Act as the central point of accountability for project documentation, enabling field teams to maintain project velocity and hit key milestones. 
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to identify process improvements and resolve bottlenecks before they impact the delivery schedule. 

Expertise Required 

• Proven background in project coordination, ideally within OSP construction, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure. 
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel for complex project tracking, scheduling, and reporting. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor invoicing, billing workflows, and financial tracking. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-velocity environment. 
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with ArcGIS or similar GIS mapping platforms.
