WATT Fuel Cell is seeking detail-oriented professionals with strong hands-on skills to join our manufacturing team. Experience as a nail technician can translate exceptionally well to our precision production processes—including steady hand control, careful material application, visual quality inspection, cleanliness, consistency, and following detailed procedures.
No fuel cell or manufacturing experience is required. WATT will provide training for candidates who bring the right aptitude, reliability, and commitment to quality.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed, hands-on assembly of fuel cell components
- Apply and handle specialized materials with accuracy and consistency
- Use small hand tools and production equipment
- Inspect components for visual defects and workmanship
- Follow written work instructions and repeatable processes
- Accurately record production and quality information
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality team members

- Ability to work carefully and consistently in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new processes and receive hands-on training
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
