Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting new and used boats
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
- Guide customers through the purchase process from inquiry to delivery
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and boating trends
- Follow up on leads and support walk-in traffic
- Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in boat/marine sales or similar high-ticket retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of boats and boating industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Schedule: Full-time, including weekends (seasonal flexibility required)
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
