What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Attendant position at Remington Hospitality?
What You Will Be Doing
- Be knowledgeable of all marina activities and amenities.
- Be personable with marina guests & residents.
- Assist in guest arrival, tying dock lines, and connecting customer electric and water to marina facilities.
- Occasionally answer phone calls from customers regarding reservations & pricing after training.
- Accept customer payments through QuickBooks after training.
- Maintain cleanliness of marina office, docks, walkways, bath houses, pool area/furniture, and parking lots.
- Ensure the property is free of debris and trash.
- Assist pool operator with pool deep cleans when needed.
- Consult with Marina Manager for daily duties/scheduling.
- Be able to make recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. when asked by guests.
