What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Attendant position at Remington Hotels?
What you will be doing
- Be knowledgeable of the entire Marina Activities and services etc.
- Create a productive and positive atmosphere at all times; have a good relationship with all associates and all departments.
- Maintain pool deck cleanliness, removing any used towels and ensuring the area is free of debris. Assist Lifeguards with pool deep cleans when needed.
- Keepin the Marina area, and pool area presentable at all times.
- Address Marina guests problems and complaints immediately by consulting with Marina Manager or Supervisor.
- Be very familiar with all aspects and areas of the Marina and nearby areas. Be able to make recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. when asked by guests.
