Now Hiring: Bartender/Server (Full-Time)

Margaux, the signature restaurant inside the Warwick Hotel, is seeking a polished, professional Bartender/Server to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every shift.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• 30 hours per week
• Open availability required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver elevated, attentive service to all guests
• Prepare and serve beverages with precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area
• Execute room service orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery to guest rooms
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service across the restaurant and hotel
• Uphold Margaux’s service standards and guest experience expectations

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for reaching, handling glassware, and preparing beverages.
• Must be able to visually inspect products for quality and presentation.
• Must be able to hear and communicate clearly in a noisy environment.
• Ability to work in variable temperatures (near coolers or warm bar lights).

• Fast-paced, guest-focused hospitality setting.
• Frequent interaction with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, glassware, and potentially slippery floors.

• Warwick-issued shirt and apron must be clean and pressed.
• Black dress pants and black, closed-toe, non-slip shoes required.
• Hair must be neatly groomed; long hair must be tied back.
• Minimal jewelry; a professional appearance is required at all times.

Compensation: 21.30 fixed rate plus tips
