Nursing Supervisor (RN), part-time
Rotating weekends: Saturday & Sunday 8a-8p

Warren General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced registered nurse to serve on the nursing administration team! This role will be responsible for providing nursing leadership and operational oversight during shifts.
- Directs nursing personnel providing patient care; ensures quality care is provided; resolves patient and customer problems.
- Projects and records staffing levels for each area; adjusts staffing schedules as necessary.
- Enforces and maintains professional nursing standards, policies and procedures and assures compliance with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and all applicable regulatory agencies.
- Identifies, recommends and initiates planning strategies for improvement of nursing and patient care.
- Evaluates the performance and competency of employees by monitoring individual work performance
- Performs nursing care when necessary.
- Obtains equipment and supplies when needed
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3 years of acute care nursing experience
- Previous supervisory, leadership, or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
