Job Summary
The Grade HH Custodian is responsible for the custodial upkeep and daily cleaning of his/her assigned building and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning assigned area
- Preventive maintenance of equipment
- Snow removal
- Minor maintenance
- Interior and exterior painting
- Building security
- Floor finishing and carpet care
- Relamping of light fixtures
- Grounds and field maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by the Custodial Manager, Director of Operations or designee appointed by the Superintendent
Qualifications
- High school education desired
- Ability to read and write
- Prior building maintenance experience desired
- MSDS knowledge
- Ability to work with staff and students
- Ability to lift and maneuver at least 50 pounds
